• architecture models

To ensure clarity on solution architectures, we use these tools along with enterprise documentation if required to rapidly define the foundation of your solution.

Short Iterations

Our development cycle is to come together and plan ahead for 1 to 2 weeks of "user stories" implement, deliver and repeat. This yields great flexibility to steer and adjust features to changing requirements, pausing development to refine concepts and release often. Each time a story is completed and marked as "Test" in the tracker, it is deployed to a test server where you can go and play with it to see if the result is achieved and mark it as "Complete" in the tracker. If not, you mark it as "Rejected" and we will continue to fine-tune it.

Quality Acceptance

We urge our clients to perform acceptance testing themselves as a great way to really see progress and sometimes seeing the feature in a realistic way may inspire some great new ideas. Each story is automatically tested before it is committed to the source repository.

You're in charge of acceptance testing and making sure every feature is polished to perfection.
